SHOP POLICIES 

 

Before you book an appoiment with us please read the following.

 

The health and safety of our guest is our number one priority. We require that all pets are up to date on the following vaccinations and documentation must be provided on paperwork from a licensed veterinarian.

Documentation is required upon the pet(s) first visit and annually when vaccinations expire. 

 

Rabies 

Parvovirus

 

General Health 

 

All pets must be in good health and free of any communicable disease or infection

 

Pets with ongoing or persistent diarrhea are not permitted in the shop and are asked to re-book.

 

Dogs who are coughing, sneezing or show signs of eye infcetion are also asked to

re-book.

 

Flea and Tick Prevention 

 

We recommend that all pets are on flea and tick medication. 

Upon arrival your pet will be checked for the presence of fleas/ticks and any pet showing signs will be immediately treated at owners expense.

 

Please advise us of any flea/tick prevention your pet is currently on.

 

Cancellations 

 

Please give us 24hour notice if you need to cancel an appointment. 

We ask that you do your best to be on time for appointments 

Note: (we will call all owners when your pet is done and ready to go home, please refrain from coming early or calling to see if your pet is ready)

 

Wavers must be filled out at time of drop off.

Payments are due at time of pick up (at this time we accept cash only)
